Shalom - Peace

Shalom is used to say hello and goodbye in Hebrew. In its essence, thuogh, it means peace. Peace is the greatest blessing in the Jewish tradition. This is why I painted it as the center of a Star of David in the form of flowers, vines, and birds--all symbols of peace. This is a blessing we wish to give as a gift to friends or to have in our homes. A giclee print from an original painting by Arel Mishory. The finished size is 8 x 10. The image size is 4" x 6".
